Al, as far as I know, Bush has also been fully cooperating with the 9/11 commission. As for the GAO, the call for Cheney's records was referred to as "unprecedented in the GAO's 81-year history." In other words, it's arguably an overstepping of the GAO's bounds.

That's the GAO suing bush, not the Dems.

The Dems are the ones taking this story and jumping to conclusions, such as "Cheney must be trying to hide something!" As usual, they're not letting the burden of proof hinder their political agendas.
