The way they are spinning it is that the immunity challenge is a 'no can lose' event. And that a team will be eliminated. Now if that means that the players are sucked up into the other teams and only one person is eliminated, then it isn't really a "no can lose" event.

I guess we find out on thursday...

I'm sure that dissolve means to break up,as in send 1/2 the tribe to one camp and 1/2 to the other. Later in the commercial it spoke of someone being eliminated at the end, so I don't believe they would do a tribe elimination plus an immunity vote out.
