Under any assumptions ... accountability lies in somewhere. If WMDs exist and are not found, either the CIA or the Administration needs to be held accountable. Administration RELIED on CIA intelligence as a GOSPEL TRUTH and went into war. Which one is it ?. Who do you condone and who do you hold accountable for a war (much more serious matter - it is not just the lives that are at stake. An unjustified war creates a havoc in Social, political and monetary terms)
