LOL! That whole thing was very funny CB!

.....Son: Ohhh... so they're sorta like science fiction writers...

Dad: Well, sort of. But they are hired by businesses to develop plans for possible future scenarios...

Son: Right, science fiction stuff, by guys who can't write well enough to be pros. But they aren't scientists?

Dad: No.

Son: Not Meteorologists?

Dad: Heh. No.

Son: Climatologists...

Dad: No, no...

Son: Chemists or Physicists?

Dad: No. What exactly...

Well, why does the Observer put so much faith in the "Science Fiction" story they supposedly wrote for the Pentagon?.....

....Son: But why do so many bloggers just take what they read as though it were some sort of scientific proof? I mean really, these guys are saying Nuclear war will result because of...

Dad: Yea I know. Some people will believe anything they read. You've got to watch out. The truth is out there......

"secret Pentagon report on environmental castastrophe":

I had read that. This whole thing was a "con" from day one. That is why I just made one comment and let it go. "Global Warming" has turned into the 21st Century version of "science vs religion," with the "religion" being Global Warming.

When I look back on my activism in this, starting in 1969, I am amazed they we have come out of it so well. The econuts had the media and government on their side, and all we had was the truth on ours. But fortunately, the global warming computer models were so "wacko" that they fell apart almost immediately.
