Right now I don't know. I have always bought real-estate at an undermarket price, which used to be easy.
It isn't easy to find anything undermarket anymore.

The median existing-home price dropped 3.6% to $168,700 from $174,800 in December. That level was 5.4% below where it was last January. The median is a typical market price where half of the homes sold for more and half sold for less.

Sales of existing single-family homes declined last month, a trade group reported. Economists attributed much of the drop to bad winter weather and noted that sales overall remained at a historically high level.

The National Association of Realtors said Wednesday that existing-home sales declined 5.2% in January to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 6.04 million units, from a downwardly revised pace of 6.37 million a month earlier. December sales had originally been recorded at 6.47 million.

Economists had been expecting January sales of 6.26 million homes.
