JDN, Kerry told the truth. That shouldn't have made anyone spit on us. We didn't make the policy, we just went where they told us and did what we had to in order to survive. Those people who spit are responsible THEMSELVES. I don't lay that on Kerry or anyone but them.

They're just Jane Fonda idiots and there's no cure for that but time and wisdom.

There's no cure for those that sent us to die in a bad war that used impossibly bad tactics, either. Kerry took the bad end of both sides of the war from them. He felt he had to participate in the war AND he felt he had to speak up against it when he came home. He paid a price to them for both actions. That's not hard for me to understand or admire.

Bottom line; screw those that sent us and screw those that spit on us. The rest of us can understand that the soldiers fought well, and sometimes valiantly, for a bad cause.
