Obviously you are worried about Bush's decision. There is nothing anyone can do to control their schedules. Stop being so emotional and simply observe. I know, Bush started to campaign for 2004 since the office was handed to him in 2000. He has done things always before it is time, attack Iraq before it is time, end the war in Iraq before it is time etc. etc. Reminds of of the UPS delivery man who delivers packets before it is time.
