That article captures so well what I love about the USA. The USA is still a magnet for energetic people from all over the world - this is the principal reason why the pessimists are so completely wrong about the US.

This story only tells small number of upper middle class neighborhood. For the lower middle class or mid middle class neighborhood, the racial line has been as clear as ever. And that is what the zip code+4 marketing all about.
