I would not be surprise at all to see defined sections established for specific groups at both the DNC and the RNC National Conventions.

Neither party wants another "Chicago '68." But the protesters do. "Back to the '60s!" I was in LA during the 2000 Dem convention. The protesters were upset that the cops did not arrest them.

Shouting down a philosophical or political opponent should not be tolerated.

I absolutely agree with you. People and factions who do that disgust me.

If all that is meant is that no one may shout down the candidates when they're trying to speak, then we don't disagree. People who try to keep others from being heard should be ejected from the hall.

Would you agree that those who want to show their critical signs where they can be seen, including by the media, without depriving anyone of their right be be heard should have a right to do so?

Either that or that ALL sign-holders should be removed to places where they can't be seen by many people.

I hope you see the unfairness of allowing those with Pro signs to parade in public, and get on TV with their message, but to make the ones with Con signs go where their message is, if not shouted down, the next best thing, made invisible.
