A win in Georgia wouldn't help Edwards. He'd need to win in Ohio, Minnesota and New York plus tie in California to upset Kerry and make it a real horse race.

I sense Kerry is being very careful not to not make any mistakes. Just one more week and he'll have the nomination. Yet he also has not backed down from Edwards or Bush. He's being cautiously aggressive. Probably the right move.

I know Atlanta is booming. Evidently IT layoffs have not significantly hit as yet. Hopefully Edwards as a son of the south will have an advantage over the "longest face in the race". The Bush campaign has only just begun & they've already lampooned Kerry with the flip flop issue. TV comics used the "he voted for/he voted against" routine over & over last night. If they latch onto that piece of video & hammer away with replays, Kerry starts to fit the charge in voter's eyes. That's why Edwards would be a much better candidate....more teflon coated than Kerry.
