EP, What are doing awake at 3:44 AM?? I would agree with you if we still had old management in place (which is what they did for the last two years), but with the liability and new management on board I suspect the balance sheet will come clean during the year end audit. The next real problem for EP will be the same that happened to CPN today. The market for junk bonds is very good, but when you get to the size of CPN or EP the buyers are limited due to concentration concerns. Jim
