From memory his target was 980 area but I'm pretty sure he changes last March when the market bottomed.

You got that right....his targets change with the wind...after a big down day Zeev predicts a rebound for the next day....and when the market has a stellar up day Zeev puts on his bearsuit for the next and looks into his crystal ball and calls for a re-trenchment....
