The problem is that they are offshore.

The internet makes the smokescreen that republicans are trying to create for Bush, the old "blame the business cycle"- worthless. We all know the supply siders were expecting a jobs boom when the GDP numbers first came out last year. They know the truth themselves but are trying to plead ignorance.
