Right, only those that promote their party do not want to address the fact that a budget is approved by many. We will never clean house as long as the die hard republicans and democrats control the voting. Our system will continue to simply stumble along. I am afraid it is going to take a long time before the die hards change. Too bad. They do not recognize how they contribute to the problems.
