The simple truth is that the DOD,and various other agencies, have departments,which draw up contingency plans for almost every country on earth, including many of our friends. That has happened under every administration, for a long time, both Dem. and rep. administrations. Being prepared is different from actually carrying them out. You do have contingency plans, to get your family out in case of fire, don't you. Would that mean, if your house actually did start on fire, you planned the fire? Same thing, different circumstances. I see.......we have contingency plans to attack other countries even our friends. Why? In case we get in the mood? And you think this is a good thing?!
