Thanks much. I see where the vote will be held on April 15. This means a mailing should be going out very soon to explain the proposal. While Goodman says the operating company will concentrate on development of its' Bulgarian interest, he also states this is the "inital base"

Probably not of great interest to most but Dundee will have a mailing, "shortly". I asked if that meant within two weeks and I was told yes.
