Long-term, its somewhat of a moving declining slope, but the quick answer is, as long as the Dow says above 9,000 over the next 2-years or so,

Short-term, there are too many changing parameters to correctly answer. We under estimated the power of the Program Trading Architects once before, so hence, we do not want to do that again. We want to provide then with a wide scope at this point in time.
