Here is a historical table of the SS payroll tax: taxpolicycenter.org It shows steadily increasing taxes for DECADES! The program has NEVER reached a "steady state" or "equilibrium" condition! It relies on an increasing number of "new entrants" and increasingly higher taxes on these "new entrants"! Now, it is finally coming unglued (which is the ultimate fate of all Ponzi schemes). Anyone under 40... let this be a lesson to you! You have been RIPPED OFF! Accept it! Learn from this experience, and NEVER TRUST THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AGAIN! Vote for the maximum possible tax cuts... to hell with the deficit! I am totally serious about this.
