Lizzie, will you tell me how any president is going to restrict "offshoring?" IMO, it's a non-issue. A few hundred thousand jobs out of 130 million but I'm still curious. BTW, I'd venture to guess that more jobs went offshore during the Clinton administration when offshoring was really growing fast than during the Bush administration. Of course, you still had your job then so it was a non-issue to you as well.
