I do not fault Bush for going against the UN. I think it was essential that, somewhere along the way, we establish that we are willing to act unilaterally.

I think he picked the wrong case to do it.

Regarding bringing justice, the only way to do it is by killing people. We will never be able to bring these people to trial.

Chalabi is the same type as we installed in South Vietnam. Corrupt and despised by the people. That is a receipe for disaster. You cannot repeat old mistakes and hope for a different result. Chalabi and his cronies were also the ones who lied through their teeth about Saddam's huge stockpiles of WMD's. Cheney encouraged those lies and repeated them.
