I guarantee that if any other nation had the equivalent of a 9/11 cowardly suicide attack every month or two, they'd do more than build a wall.

So tell us - do you feel that suicide attacks are valid military tactics, particularly where they are targeted at civilians with minimal chance of hitting a military target?
