Hi Jeff,

You could be right in your assessment of public opinion. I'm not sure. It's really tough to get "into" a jury's mind set. However, it's almost over now and we should bet a verdict within the next few weeks. I wouldn't at all be surprised with a hung jury.

BTW I had never even heard of Martha Stewart until all this mess started.

I must admit I have immensely enjoyed the show however-Blodget's commentaries have been priceless.

I wonder if he has been resurrected now as an internet court reporter.
