Wrong. He sought UN approval/sponsorship, with an international body of troops. True, he did not submit to UN authority, and IMO it's a good thing -- no US President should ever submit to UN authority. You may want Zaire South Africa, et. al. controlling our foreign policy, but I don't.

BTW, Clinton didn't get UN authority for the attack on Yugoslavia, either, but I didn't hear you griping about that. Could it be because Clinton was Democrat, and you're just playing politics here?

Why do you feel the need to post on the "Moderate Forum"?
