VIX at those levels for such a long period of time indicates that the whole system is set up for implosion or I am clue less.

For years after the VIX reached below 20 we had a correction ... and that was during the bubble days.

Now it seems there is no fear at all ..... or there are OTC collars sold which are not reflected in the VIX
