You can't run a shitty voting system, and then correct it right after the election if you were close. The dems run the dem precincts, and if they had any integrity or really cared about these recurring problems they would have addressed them prior to November 7, 1999. Sorry dude, that's reality. Boise battled it out over "machine malfunction", one of the things that would allow a hand recount. Soundly defeated. Thrown out by FLSC with NO REVIEW. This is single speak, and it is the flat out truth. Ignore it if you want. The other case with one of their high profile lawyers was exactly the same. This one was judged by a Mr. Diaz I believe. Forgot the item that was being tried, but same result. Gore lost, FLSC through out the decision with no review. "Bush did steal the election" I'll say your an idiot as opposed to a liar, because you seem to believe what you are saying. There were 3 conditions that would allow for a hand recount on the Florida law books at the time of the election. None were met. All were tried in court and they lost. And the FLSC IGNORED this and made NEW RULES AFTER THE ELECTION, which is unfair and un-American. Jeez, on the second attempt for the FLSC to re-write the rules, the Chief Justice of the FL SC said they were flirting with creating anarchy. An attempted theft by Gore was shut down. Sorry dude. America is far better off for it, so you should be grateful.
