Because this clown and liar is instigating an investigation by spreading innuendo for his own political purposes. BTW, does he have any military experience.....I can't find any.... This guy has a mental problem....other than being a conservative. You don't release FBI files because they are filled with raw data, ie data that may be rumor, anonymous phone calls, ie anything that anyone, including Aldrich, wants to put in a file. Bush had his files screened for such things....
