That might be something to get non-ostrich like about. I am particularly interested in not incarcerating non-violent criminals, since it is both a human and monetary waste to incarcerate them in our highly imperfect penal system- but then I guess I'm an ostrich.

10,000 fewer dead babies every year, if our infant mortality was the same as the average European country or Canada.

It's all in how you count, KL. We try to save premi's the rest of the world doesn't bother with.
