<<You emphatically stated that commercializaton started in 1998 >>

smartglass.com

Hanglas announced their intent in 1997 and they commercialized SPD technology in 1998 {i.e. it left the lab and was produced on production line). SPD Inc. has worked for years with companies like Daimler Chrysler to perfect commercial products made with SPD and they started the first mass production of film for sale to other licensees in 2002.

You need to understand the difference between commercializing a technology and the availability of the film.

Unfortunately for you and the short position, you have never understood SPD technology and all its incarnations. There will be SPD products developed that are not yet commercial while there are car manufacturers, ambulance manufacturers and bus manufacturers etc. that already have incorporated and sold product usings SPD-smart glass. Same with the aircraft and marine products.

It's too late to cover your short position. You're not going to scare anyone from buying REFR stock by attacking me or my estimations. The products are sold and revenues have started. Sales revenues have already exceeded minimum annual royalties.

You can post until your fingers drop off and you won't get any of us to sell and you can't cover without that happening.
