There's damn little coming out of Europe today on the subject of Israel that I would call thoughtful.

There's little hope of that situation improving given the general deterioration of politics and thought on both sides of the pond. It's not as though this were an isolated case, albeit a more hostile one. I see nothing on the horizon with any promise of a renaissance.
