How did you find out their point of view on Iraq? Did you hold a seance?

One merely has to extrapolate from the majority of comments by LIVING soldiers serving in Iraq.

They know why they are there. They understand the nature of their mission and why it was important.

And they sure as hell don't believe people who question their purpose, or attempt to call their efforts a "farce" are supporting "national security".

If anything, such overt criticism aimed at undermining their mission and causing US forces to pull out of Iraq prematurely, is actually putting their lives in more danger..

And Bilow... I worked with quite a few people who served over there, and some who are set to deploy there themselves.

I think I can say from personal experience that my perspective prevails far more than yours.

You've made the mistake of confusing normal "griping" with some seeming sense of confusion about their purpose over there..

Sure, they'd all prefer to be at home with their families. Just as most of them would prefer to have never heard of Islamic Fundamentalism, Bin Laden, or Saddam Hussein..
