Many thanks for the list. I shop at wine.com. Excellent source.

Italian reds are terra incognita for me. I think I'm going to sample a few of the ones on your list.

There are lots of good carmeneres on the list. I think I've tried them all. Unfortunately, wine.com has raised the price of the Grial carmenere to $29.99, disqualifying it from consideration here. It was on sale a couple of months ago at $21.99--I took as many as they had. A terrific wine, best carmenere I've had so far. Buy as many of it as you can if you see it in the low $20s.

FYI--At page 4 of your list, I saw that the Simi Alexander Valley 2001 cab was highly rated and selling at a good discount--$19.99 per bottle down from $26.99 with a 10% case discount that basically pays for the shipping. I was tempted, but shopped it a bit and found it at $15.99 at the following spot from which I've never bought.

Cheapest I saw. Given the weasel language on the web page, the price might be a teaser.
