JC, Kerry is nothing but a default candidate. The democrats are totally over-looking everything about him.

Kerry was responsible for passing Gramm-Rudman-Hollings. He was the first to break with the liberals and vote for it. He has led the fight to help vets, stop drilling in wildlife refuges, get cleaner fuels and more fuel efficiency, prosecute criminal conspiracies like Iran-Contra, BCCI Bank, Noriega and drug-running. Top member in Inteligence, Foreign Affairs. Very good at bi-partisan planning, with McCain quite a bit. Just becausd Bushies have stopped some of Kerrys bills or his name isn't on bills doesn't mean he hasn't done a great job for us.
