Forbes assumes all local politics will allow for building of storage facilities and ports to off load lng? Just the other day there was a special of small town in ma. voting against lng. the taxes for the facility would have been great for the town and yet they are all against it.

I expect it will be the same in some other areas of the country.

What's funny about Tcf ?

The 5,000 Tcf number seems reasonable. Might be 2,000 Tcf.

Big issues are still developing, LNG site at origin, cost of transport, and LNG terminal. All expensive single use stuff which will need lock-in financing.
