Jacques,

Good news! A month ahead of the timeline! The new NCharge model was supposed to be launched in April, 2004, according to the last conf call. Availability at Best Buy stores - nationwide - means at least 7000-8000 units will be on the shelf (and online inventory) in March. Whether this sale will be included in the current quarter revenue may depend upon how VLNC books the sale. We can expect the new N charge product sale to be a major revenue contributor for the next quarter. This product (being produced at ATL and Sinbon in China) will not only be a major revenue contributor, it will have positive margin from day one and contribute to breakeven cash flow goal.
If TYC can come up a bid order for their Telecom customer, KCharge sales can ramp up during this year.
Expecting an order for the U Charge from a power tool company.
This year's shareholder meeting should be exciting for longs. Your patience will be well rewarded. jmo. Ram
