Les I studied your comments. Very interesting. Right now I picked 21 d < 10 as the "start looking for low area" on 2/23/04 the reading only got as low as 11, so now looking at your other readings trying to get feeling if a lower low (below 2/23/04) is coming or if 2/23/04 was a start of another up swing. Right now I do not know.
