Well if he ever did he doesn't anymore.

The forecast for box office gross through Sunday is $78m, around $36m of that will go to Mel's company and the distributor.

When all is said and done Icon productions should have a couple of hundred million dollars to play with, they won't need outside producers.

Gibson is apparently guilty of depraved indifference and of being , obviously, antisemitic. Obviously I say because he is anti everyone who isn't of his particular sect.

Funny that no one is yelling in Vatican City (are they?) for the depiction of the Romans as the killers of Christ. Will there be acts of violence against Italians now? Does anyone predict that? If not, why not?

I never realized he was such an extremist but, given that he has voices talking to him in his head, I'd say he's pretty insane as well. Considering that he almost killed himself, I'd say that his faith is pretty iffy.

All-in-all, a cynical money-making ploy on the backs of mindless drones and worried jews.

Depraved.
