Not that I care what these people think, because in the long run what they say is meaningless IMO.< They lowered their target because they can. Longer term their guidance may be meaningless. It may even be wrong but short term every well followed analyst can effect the trading of a stock. What we need to pay attention to is when stocks trade down on upgrades or up on downgrades. NVLS is now higher today. The rest of the time I agree it is probably just noise. RtS
