Lizzie, thanks for the clarification. I agree with you and I believe strongly that it is a collective effort. To keep the company afloat is also a common dream, that of the management and its employees. I did never expect that after 3 years of a compassionate conservative's Administration we would even dream of getting into this domain of job flights, people being branded as lazy and unwilling to work, fighting for rights to bring in cheap labor for jobs which do not require brains, and taking those jobs which do require brains to other countries. Such thinking is only what a traitor would do. It is beyond the "patriotism" debate. It tends to slip into that domain of being a traitor. It is time to put a stop to all this and let us do it in a civilized way: through the power of the ballot and not the bullet. Nov 2004. Bring It On

Lizzie, right you are. If you are not a die hard rabid democrat you are evil and mistreat people...lolol Your anger at losing your job has blinded you, as has your narrow business experience. The old republican trickle down theory has this belief that workers are just costs and management is some sort of super class that provides for the sole existance of the "little people". My line of thinking is different, I think workers are future managers and the playing field needs to be more level- from the start.
