As I mentioned here a few weeks ago, MS, GS and many others over the years have often traded the stock for their own accounts, but never bothered to follow it with research for their clients. Why? Because it is a better short term trading vehicle, than as a investment platform for their clients.

It isn't an accident that basically all of Wall Street has never bothered with covering Rambus.

Insiders are selling pursuant to an SEC approved program.

They are selling on a regular basis inconsequential amounts of stock.

(Although the Rambus executives were awarded a huge amount of options, looking back they deserved it!)
