Josh, I envy those people all the time. There will come a time, probably within the next 2 years, that we are going to move into the Smoky Mountains in TN, or western NC. Even though I do not have to commute to a job, or even get near downtown, the urban sprawl, with the accompanying bad elements, are nearly taking over the whole county. Too many people, too close together.
