Kerry changed one stance, on the death penalty after 9-11. Terrorists get fried. I disagree with him a bit on that. I also think the worst kind of murderers should be fried. But franky, if you sent them to prison alive they suffer more as inmates usually murder serial killers and molesters much quicker than the coutrs could. Jeffrey Dahmer sure didn't last long in prison.
