dead on, Jochen - I see the "mosque" and the "erased" issue as the testing grounds for the country right now. I am for the mosque and I am on the side of "erased"; but then again, my back garden is pretty big;), so I dont suffer the NIMBY syndrome. btw, I think it is a sign of our times that Munich mosque is hidden away behind the hill that used to be the city garbage dump between 70s and 90s... But then again, on the other side of the same garbage hill, the new football stadion is being built for the world championships... Another sign of our times. Regards dj
