Here is the Bush flip flop. In the 2000 Primaries, he said that same sex marriage should be left to the states - the same position Kerry now holds. Now, he says that same sex marriage should not be left to the states - that we need a Constitutional Amendment banning same sex marriage. There is the flip flop.
