much of it coming from Afghanistan. expect it would continue until the world organization can come up with money or other ways for these growers to produce other product to live off. In the meantime it sounds like the whole south shore of Boston is lacking in parental control of their kids. This is not a slum area in the article but some very expensive towns and where are the parents? these kids are not living in slums or in gangs etc. Sounds to me like little activity between parents, school and police.
