That gets into the "full faith and credit" part of the constitution.

Personally I think the Supremes would punt on that one and hold the marriage needn't be recognized by Georgia.

OK, lets be understanding of Bush's change of position and not refer to it as a flip flop but lets extend that same graciousness to Kerry because he changes his position over the course of a 20 year career in the Senate.
