he left his bag on the floor! With his camera bag still sitting there, just begging to disappear, he walked about taking pictures. I've done that, many times. Read your post to Keri and she said, "I've done that, many times." Had to, to get mobility in situations where a camera bag over the shoulder simply would not do. It's a calculated risk, a gamble, a bluff. The bag is so obvious a target, so incredibly unbelievable, it becomes too good to be true (is it a trap?) and doesn't get hit. Keeping an eye on it out of the corner of one's eye helps. (g) Unless of course the guy you saw was simply a moron. (g)
