No i am certainly not saying that and i resent the wisecrack. I am saying all folks from all religions should consider the beliefs of others before consigning them to the dustbin of history.
The biggest debate i see going on in this movie is between different christian religions and even with the catholic church itself between pre and post John 23 catholics. There is no monolith in christianity and many nominal christians are far more secular than other christians.
I am willing to read many books discussing a particular historical event. Should books that disagree with the gospels not be read by Christians? It is like denying evolution which the bible denies. Look at how many books have been written on trumans decision to drop the a bomb for example. Would you deny all but the govt approved text as legit at least for consideration?? mike
PS I have been sending you the SCOTUS stuff, you wanted to see. I am surprised not to have seen comments. Obviously denying jurisdiction to scotus and fed courts is contreversial but at least beware when you are so dismissive of another posters ideas, memories etc. and at least have the courtesy of replying when i went out of my way to get you the documentation.
