Regarding a paradyme shift to redevelop, process qualify, and life test device structures from current layout design rules to X rules would likely be 18-24 months.< IMO, this is why INTC is in such a good marketing position-they invested in the 300 wafera couple of years ago, Therefore, they come to full capacity quickly. How small chips can the INTC's AMAT machines produce and what types of power, etc. Any idea? Paul
