Start by funding global education and development, not war. You don't create democracy and economic progress by bombing people or advance the cause of religious and cultural tolerance and diversity by blowing up innocent men, women and children. In that sense, war is no better than terrorism. We have the resources to lead the world in education and economic development -- that is where we can advance the cause of peace, prosperity and social progress. I am working to a tight deadline, lets take it up next week.
