I assume you are referring to the statement: all this work is going to be migrating to India.

I'm sorry, but it is true. We have levelled the playing field by developing the world's telecom infrastructure and now we must live with the competitive consequences. But watch the hyperbole. Price adjustments occur more smoothly than legislation or public policy alterations. Programmer wages will decline in the US, but not to parity with India. There will be some advantage to being local even in a wired world.

However, in general, I think the investment climate in India now is superior to US. That's the way the ball bounces. There's more hunger in the belly. It is all for the good.
